Website terms
These terms describe the current MarbleLens brochure site and its clearly labelled product previews.
Brochure and previews
The site presents MarbleLens work and a studio process. The AI Content and Website Builder workspaces are product demonstrations. A labelled local demo can save a temporary website draft and run a deterministic fake image generation locally. It does not call a real AI provider, take payment, buy a domain, publish a site or provide production hosting.
Plans, credits and saved work
The plans page describes proposed launch options. Its calculator is a planning example, not a live quote. Saving a plan preference does not start a subscription or payment. Welcome credits and website handoff rewards are planned; eligibility and a confirmed wallet balance must be shown before they can be spent.
My Assets is an account library for completed, saved media. Browser drafts are separate local copies. Production storage limits and retention terms will be confirmed before generation launches. Keep your own downloaded originals for work you need to retain.
Starting a project
An enquiry or preview draft is not a confirmed booking, quote or service agreement. Project scope, timing, price, deliverables and ownership are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Using the site
You may explore the brochure and previews for their intended informational purpose. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or reuse MarbleLens brand and site materials commercially without written permission.
Availability
The brochure and previews may change or be unavailable while the launch site is improved. Preview output is illustrative and should not be treated as a production deliverable.
