Privacy

This notice describes the current MarbleLens site, connected account preview and creative studios.

Accounts and your personal library

The connected preview stores account details and session records in the configured account database. Passwords are handled by the account service and are not displayed in the site. My Assets uses the signed-in account to limit access to its own saved media.

When a completed creation is saved to My Assets, the library stores the original file, title, prompt, model, creation date and favourite setting. Saved originals are independent of a provider's temporary download link. Connected owner-preview workflows can save completed results to this library. Files from other services are not automatically imported.

Browser drafts and preferences

AI Content and Website Builder keep creative backups and previous versions on this browser. These local copies are labelled separately from account storage. Reopening a browser draft may require you to attach its images again. Motion and plan preferences are also stored on this browser.

Starting a new draft does not erase previous backups. Clearing this site's browser data removes local copies and preferences; it does not delete an account or its server-stored media. Keep downloaded copies of work you need. A production retention, storage-limit and deletion policy will be provided before the public generation launch.

Account drafts and writing

When signed in, story and voiceover drafts sync to your account. In AI Content, Save to account adds that brief to cloud storage. These drafts are private to your account; uploaded references may need to be reattached. Conflicting edits are kept for review rather than silently replacing one another. Browser copies remain on that device, including when you sign out. Use a trusted device for private work.

Connected writing sends the brief and recent conversation to the selected writing service (Anthropic, or OpenAI where dual writing is enabled). Requests and replies are stored for recovery and to avoid resubmitting the same request after a connection failure. Connected voiceover sends narration and voice settings to ElevenLabs. Connected video or image creation sends the prompt and selected references to its enabled processing service, such as Kling, BytePlus, Higgsfield or fal.ai. Availability varies by workspace; naming a service here does not mean it is enabled for every account. These workflows are currently an owner preview.

Native drafts, backups and shared creations

Native app drafts stay on the device unless you explicitly save a cloud copy or use a connected service. Signing out does not remove local drafts. Remove device drafts clears local creative drafts, including the website content editor; purchase-recovery records are kept separately. Removing local drafts does not erase cloud copies or your account.

Backup and website JSON or HTML exports are created only when you choose to export. The app does not execute exported HTML. Restoring a backup creates a separate editable draft. Files you share remain with the destination you choose and cannot be recalled by clearing this app.

Community submissions include the video and the title, creator name, prompt and settings you choose to submit. Approved submissions can be viewed publicly and their prompts reused. Submission requires your publication permissions; creating a video does not automatically publish it. Withdrawing a submission cannot recall copies others have already saved.

Reference analysis

When enabled and approved, reference analysis sends the supported reference and analysis instructions to Google Gemini. The pilot supports approved YouTube references; it does not automatically import every public link or Instagram video. Validated scene-analysis text and request records may be retained for account recovery and to avoid repeating analysis after a connection failure. Edited scene prompts and the reference link may also remain in device drafts. A pending analysis request ID and its reference link can remain in account-scoped browser storage across reloads and sign-out until the saved result is applied; this record helps avoid repeating a request. These copies are covered by the separate deletion review described below; no automatic deletion period is promised here.

AI permissions, reports and deletion requests

Use Privacy & safety in the app or website to allow or withdraw sharing with individual AI services, report generated content, and submit or track an account-deletion request. New AI requests require the corresponding permission in the connected preview. Withdrawing permission does not recall data already processed or cancel an existing job.

Reports store your selected reason, description, account reference and review status. Do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information. A deletion request starts review and ownership verification; a receipt is not confirmation that data has been erased. Creative-data erasure, provider cleanup, backups and any necessary financial-record retention must be confirmed before a request is marked complete. The production retention schedule is still being finalized.

Payments

The current preview checkout uses Stripe test mode. Order records include account and payment identifiers, selected settings, amount and status. Card fields are handled by Stripe; MarbleLens does not receive the full card number. Do not enter a real card in test checkout. App Store and Google Play purchases are not active in this preview.

Spelling support

MarbleLens checks its own common-typo suggestions locally. You can accept, ignore or undo them. Your browser's optional spelling and autocorrect features follow your browser settings.

Email enquiries

If you email MarbleLens, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you requested.

Fonts and technical requests

MarbleLens pages and previews—including the homepage, AI Content, Website Builder, Orders, account confirmation, legal and error pages, and the V3 brochure—request font files from Google Fonts. As with other web requests, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. MarbleLens does not deliberately set advertising cookies.

Questions and requests

To ask what information MarbleLens has received from you, or to request a correction or deletion, email [email protected].

This launch notice will be updated before public provider generation, analytics, payment or production hosting is introduced.
