Keeping a character consistent across shots

References and careful review help; they do not guarantee an identical result.

  1. Choose authorized reference photos of the same character, with clear views and consistent wardrobe.
  2. Keep recurring details in each prompt: markings, clothing, props and light. Do not ask the model to invent an unseen identity.
  3. Plan adjacent shots together. Compare the end of one shot with the start of the next for position, direction and props.
  4. Watch every full take. Reject identity changes, disappearing subjects and changing props before assembling the reel.
